Adult Learn to Row

Program Overview

4 Week of High-Energy Training

Learn the fundamentals of rowing. NO experience required

 

Coached Sessions both indoors and on the water

  • On Land   | technique and drills on the ergs

  • On Water | on White Rock Lake to apply skills in the boat

 

With small-group coaching and personalized instruction from experienced, competitive-level coaches, you’ll get hands-on guidance every step of the way. This isn’t just a class. Its a program that will build your confidence and give you a powerful start in the sport of rowing.

  • Future team members of our novice or competitive programs

  • Novice ( first 2+ years)

  • Experienced Team

We PRACTICE TO RACE, RACE TO WIN! Competition is optional

but we're pretty sure you won't be able to resist!

Adult Indoor Erg Training

Program Overview

3 Days/Week of Training

 

All sessions held at The Power Plant, our indoor erg studio

 

Structured Workouts designed to build strength, speed, and endurance

Coached Sessions focused on technique, power application, and mental toughness

Seasonal Focus rotates between base building, race prep, and cross-training benefits

Perfect for:

  • Rowers looking to maintain or build fitness off the water

  • Athletes training for head race or sprint season

  • Cross-training for other sports (runners, cyclists, Hyrox & more)
