Adaptive & Veteran Rowing
Dallas United Crew is proud to be serving our Veterans. Rowing is a unique sport that provides those with disabilities both visible and invisible the opportunity to get back to nature and get on the water.

Rowing with DUC Veterans bridges the barriers to team sports for adaptive athletes. You will get to know your fellow veterans and adaptive rowers, and build friendships through your shared experiences. Physically, you will build strength, flexibility, and endurance. Rowing offers both recreational and competitive opportunities. You will be part of something bigger. Our veterans often volunteer to work with DUC's youth rowers.
ADAPTIVE ROWING
DUC’s adaptive rowing program focuses on removing barriers to participation for
anyone who has an impairment or disability.
THERE'S ALWAYS A SOLUTION
Whether on the water or an indoor rowing machine, we have the equipment and skills to
accommodate each individual’s specific needs. Our coaching staff has experience
working with athletes with disabilities and providing a clear path to success in the sport.
SO MANY BENEFITS
Enjoy a new sense of freedom, learn something new and make life-long friends, all
while keeping fit and healthy. On the water or indoors, participate just for fun or train to
compete in races.
FREEDOM ROWS PROGRAM
Specifically tailored to military veterans with disabilities or impairments, we welcome
individuals of all ages, experience levels and abilities to participate. This program is
