What is high performance Junior Rowing?

High Performance development in juniors means implementing skills and habits that develop strong, lifelong habits as athletes and as rowers. The group will be emphasizing goal setting and execution, mental and physical training, along with highly individualized technical concentration.

Why HPC with DUC?

What sets this opportunity apart is the commitment to a low coach-to-athlete ratio- ensuring development on the water and the ergometer. This structure provides a space to grow while staying close to home. Along with a coaching staff bringing over 30 years of rowing experience across all levels to White Rock Lake every day.
