DUC High Performance Development Summer Rowing Program

The DUC summer rowing program will develop competitive racers with the goal of competing at the Royal Canadian Henley Regatta in St. Catharines, Ontario August 6th - 11th. This camp will focus on all aspects of athlete's training (sweep and scull) including; technique, strength, endurance, flexibility, nutrition, race strategy and execution.

New this year, DUC welcomes guest Men's and Women's collegiate coaches. Our guest coaches from the Ivy League, Big 10, Big 12, PAC 12, ACC and NESCAC (New England Small College Athletic Conference) will be taking out sessions of the Boy's and Girl's practices and working exclusively with our athletes to help prepare them to race.

Those selected to compete at the Royal Canadian Henley Regatta
will be traveling and competing from August 5th – 11th

Practice Time:
Mornings: Monday – Saturday 6 – 8:15 AM
Evenings: Tuesday, Thursday 6 – 8 PM
Additional workouts will be prescribed as needed

Fee structure:
$1800 - includes eight coached practices per week, one regional regatta, 
Trip to Canadian Henley is selected and billed separately – travel cost is divided among only the travel team
