Also the correct team if you completed a 4-day Learn to RowCamp and no more than one week of intermediate training during the summer of 2024.

WHAT TO BRING/WEAR

Comfortable workout clothes, not too loose, not too long

Socks & running shoes (but not your new ones; they will get wet)

Refillable water bottle with name on it

Appropriate layers for the weather

As few extra belongings as possible​​
