Did you know that Adult Indoor Rowing/Erging classes are becoming the hottest fitness trend! It’s a smarter workout with better results. It's low impact yet big on building endurance and strength. Rowing uses over 80% of your body's muscles. We’ll give you a cardio workout and build muscle strength in your legs, arms and core, and burn a ton of calories.
